Refund and Cancellation Policy for Plymouth-Sorrento Medical Center LLC

At Plymouth-Sorrento Medical Center LLC, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent policy for our patients. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand our procedures.

Appointment Cancellations:

• 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel your appointment within this timeframe, there will be no charge.

• Less Than 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may be applied. The amount of the fee will depend on the services scheduled and will be communicated at the time of booking.

• No-Shows: Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice may be charged the full cost of the visit. This fee is to compensate for the time reserved for you that could have been allocated to another patient.

Refunds:

• Services Not Rendered: If you have been charged for services that were not rendered due to a cancellation or other reasons, and the cancellation policy was adhered to, a refund will be issued.

• Overpayments: In the event of an overpayment for services, a refund will be processed for the amount overpaid.

• Insurance Adjustments: If a refund is due as a result of an insurance adjustment or reconciliation, we will process the refund according to the terms of your insurance policy.

 

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund process to be completed, although in most cases, it will be much sooner.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the clinic management, taking into account extenuating circumstances.
