Marie, also known as Betty, is an entrepreneur and healthcare professional with a deep-seated passion for serving her community. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and now residing in Orlando, Florida, Marie has built a remarkable career that spans various industries, all while maintaining a strong commitment to her faith and family.

Marie's journey in the United States began at Abraham Lincoln High School in Brooklyn, NY. She continued her education at Miami University Regionals, where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her dedication to lifelong learning led her to pursue a Doctorate of Nursing Practice-Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP-FNP) at Miami Regional University, further solidifying her expertise in the field of healthcare.
In addition to her academic achievements, Marie has also explored her entrepreneurial spirit. She is the proud Co-owner of Ady’s Marketplace, LLC, a venture that showcases her business acumen and commitment to providing quality products and services to her community.

Marie's heart for service is evident in her role as the Founder of The New Enlightenment Foundation, an organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering individuals through education and support. Her dedication to improving lives extends to her work as the Co-owner of Betty’s Homes & Health Services, INC., where she and her team provide essential healthcare and support services to those in need.

Marie's educational pursuits did not stop at nursing. She also holds a Master of Art in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University, which has equipped her with the tools to provide holistic care and support to her clients and community members.

Despite her busy schedule, Marie remains grounded by her love for the Lord, which she often expresses through her actions and the way she conducts her life and business. She attributes much of her success to her faith and the support of her spouse, with whom she shares a loving and supportive marriage.

Marie's story is one of resilience, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Her multifaceted career and philanthropic efforts are a testament to her belief in making a positive impact in the world, one life at a time.

Marie and her husband have recently embarked on a new venture "Plymouth-Sorrento Medical Center" that brings her passion for healthcare and community service even closer to home. They have opened a primary care clinic in Sorrento, FL, with the goal of providing essential medical care and support to the residents of Lake County. Marie and her team are excited to welcome you and look forward to assisting you all in the Lake County community, offering personalized care and a friendly environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
